The students in the Body Structures I (TEC452) are required to complete a project as outlined in the Course Syllabus. The requirements for the project are as follows:

• Work in teams of 2 or 3 (2 preferred)
• Must work on an automotive body related topic
• Proposals due by May 22, 2003 via web site
• Proposal approvals by May 25, 2002
• Project presentations on June 3, 2002
• All project team members are expected to participate in the final presentations
• Each project presentation should take approximately 15 minutes
• The project presentation must be professionally prepared, along with slides, drawings, part models and other materials as appropriate
• A 5-10 page professionally prepared project report is due at the time of the final presentation
• A one-page abstract must be prepared and distributed to the class at the time of each presentation
• The final exam will include questions based on the project presentations
